Klimt Printed

Grado intends to celebrate, with an exhibition opening Aug. 10, the genius of Austrian artist Gustav Klimt. And it does so, for the first time, by rereading his oeuvre through "different" documents, which set the stage through the print process for his pictorial and graphic masterpieces, and which critics have so far considered only marginally.

The exhibition, curated by Roberto Festi and Peter Weinhäupl, is organized by the Grado Turismo Consortium and the Municipality of Grado, with the support of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and the collaboration of the Klimt Foundation in Vienna.
The exhibition is accompanied by a catalog (in Italian-German) published by Antiga Edizioni.

Sept. 9 to Oct. 27, Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
