On Saturday 26 September, from 10.00 am, Grado Green Live returns with a new event dedicated to caring for the local area, sustainability and raising environmental awareness.
At the Lido delle Conchiglie in Fossalon, participants will take part in a day of litter picking, accompanied this time by live music.
Before the session begins, Andrea Guaran, Professor of Geography at the University of Udine and scientific coordinator of the Zero Waste project, and Federico Venturini, who holds a PhD in Human Geography and is a researcher on the project, will give a brief introduction focusing on the themes of sustainability and waste reduction.
All participants will be provided with the equipment needed to carry out the collection safely.
