On Sunday 18 October at 3.30 pm, there will be a free event at the Valle Cavanata Nature Reserve, at Casa Spina.
Autumn has begun, so it’s the perfect time to try Forest Bathing – a practice that originated in Japan and literally means ‘immersing oneself in the atmosphere of the forest’.
Deborah Nicolodi, a naturalist and marine ecologist with national certification in forest wellbeing and a CSEN-accredited Forest Bathing instructor, will guide you through this immersive and experiential journey.
